The River has an Updated weekend line-up for your enjoyment! The "WGL Lawn and Garden Show" is back Saturday Mornings from 7am to 8am with Ricky Kemery; followed by "Your Business Matters" from 8am-9am hosted by lawyer Bob Nicholson from Beckman Lawson. "Selling Your Home" follows directly afterwards at 9am hosted by Paul Saalfield. "The Elder Angle" is hosted by Otto Bonahoom every Saturday beginning at 10am. Shannon McNett-Silcox, Vice-President of Member Relations for the Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce continues Saturday's specialty programming by talking with area business owners at noon with the "Chamber Show". The one of a kind programming is solidified by "Sounds of Sinatra" every Saturday from 6pm to 8pm.

Sundays are just as special on The River. Take "A Closer Look" at area interests with Leslie Stone Sunday mornings beginning at 7am followed directly by "Christian Science Sentinel" from 7:30a to 8am hosted by Russ Gerber. Pastor Curtis White III is the host of the "Unity Train Gospel Hour" airing 8a to 9a. Then, at 9am, join the experts from Soltice Coaching for "Life By Design". Sunday morning concludes with "Grace Matters" will enlighten you beginning at 10am.

The River May-flowers Gardening Contest!



Simply click the image above to submit photos of your garden (flowers, vegetables, any garden will do!). When you click, your e-mail program will open, and you can send the pictures as attachments, along with your name and telephone number and a brief description of what is in your garden. You may also send your submissions in the mail or drop them off in person to the WGL Studios at 2000 Lower Huntington Rd., Ft. Wayne, Indiana 46819. We'll post them online for all to see, and River listeners will be able to vote for their favorites! The 4 runners up in the The River May-Flowers gardening contest will win $50 gift certificates from our friends at The Flower Pot in Garrett (10 miles north of Dupont on Coldwater), and the Grand Prize winner will win a $100 gift certificate from the Flower Pot and an invitation to be a guest on the Lawn and Garden show with Ricky Kemery!
